The Jiang family
Upon hearing movement at the door, Jiang’s mother, with a joyful expression, came to greet them. She pulled and pinched Wen Yu’s small hands and face, concerned about her apparent weight loss. « Is filming too tiring? »
A mysterious voice echoed in the room, « Mom, she only filmed for eight days, just one hour each day, plus makeup and styling, not more than three hours in total. How exhausting could it be? »
Impatiently, Jiang’s mother turned around, « Shut up, don’t speak. »
Jiang Yujin mumbled, and Wen Yu, amused, found Jiang’s mother quite adorable. To her surprise, not only Jiang Yujin but also Su Lengyue had arrived.
Although Wen Yu and Su Lengyue didn’t get along well, they hadn’t openly clashed. It was mostly about maintaining appearances. Now that she had awakened, she had no intention of clinging to the female lead. Seeing her now, Wen Yu greeted, « Hello, Teacher Su. »

Jiang Yunyan had a cold and dignified temperament, tall and upright. Beside him was a gentle and handsome middle-aged uncle. They entered one after another, leaving Jiang’s mother puzzled, « Why are you back so early today? »
Father Jiang naturally explained, « The children are all back, so we naturally came back early. »

Jiang Yunyan: « Don’t bully the little fish. »
« I bully her? » Jiang Yunjin couldn’t believe it, about to argue.
But Jiang Yunyan gave him a meaningful look.
Jiang Yunjin shrunk his neck, looking pitifully at Su Lengyue.
Su Lengyue comforted him with pats, but stayed silent.
Feeling triumphant, Wen Yu hummed softly, « Coward. »
