Chapter 52 The Belt Tied Him Up
Han Rao couldn’t help but tightly clasp her legs together, anchoring herself more firmly onto him.
Perhaps to cover something up, she cupped his face and kissed him hard on the lips. “Can you hold me tight? I feel like I’m going to fall to my death.”
Zhao Jichuan liked her coquettishness, liked the way her brows curved when she acted spoiled, liked the soft, gentle voice that brushed past his ear.
He gently wrapped his arm around her waist, step by step, climbing the stairs, and carried her back to the bedroom on the second floor, softly laying her down on the bed.
Accustomed to his directness, dominance, and even rudeness, suddenly falling silently to the bedside left Han Rao feeling somewhat unsettled. Her head wasn’t dizzy, nor her vision blurred, so she could only curl her legs up and bite her lip lightly as she looked at him.
In this posture, he was still in a dominant position, looking down on her from above.
But Han Rao no longer felt those awkward, painful feelings of shame in her heart. On the contrary, she was more willing to observe him now—the passionate him, the him whose eyes were filled with her.
The bedroom light was off, and the moonlight outside streamed in—pure, cold, and bright.
By the moonlight, Han Rao clearly saw that the man’s clothes were somewhat disheveled; the hem of his black shirt was half untucked, and at the cuffs, the cufflinks were undone, hanging loosely.
Her gaze lifted, resting on his Adam’s apple. She wasn’t sure if it was an illusion or some scientific principle, but she always felt that when he was moved, his Adam’s apple would protrude more prominently and clearly, rolling with an especially intense motion.
Above that was the beautiful face.
Today was truly different from usual. Normally, he wouldn’t show much emotion, even during lovemaking, behaving like a cold-faced grim reaper. But today, a smile he couldn’t suppress played at the corners of his lips, and his eyes and brows seemed to thaw like melting ice and snow, carrying a warmth unique to late winter.
Seeing him like this, Han Rao’s urge to destroy grew even stronger. She propped herself up on one hand on the bed, while her other hand covered the iris tattoo on her skin, her fingertips tracing over it, inching inward little by little, gently teasing and brushing it.
She thought,
This scene was definitely extremely ambiguous, intensely so.
Sure enough, the desire in Zhao Jichuan’s eyes grew stronger. He called her “Raorao,” his voice low and hoarse.
The air in the room gradually thinned, and the temperature kept rising.
The man spoke: “Are you really just going to seduce me like this?”
Han Rao’s face was beaming with a smile, innocent yet tinged with allure, and she said candidly, “That’s right.”
The soft Wu dialect is truly captivating.
Zhao Jichuan could no longer hold back. He originally wanted to continue talking with her, but she disrupted the rhythm downstairs.
But it didn’t matter; chatting while doing it was fine, and some problems were easier to solve in bed.
So he quickly shed his restraints in a few swift moves, his actions seamless yet a bit impatient, just like a young, inexperienced boy.
He laughed, and as he laughed, he reached out and grabbed Han Rao’s ankle.
She was right—she was born to be a movie star. Every inch of her was perfect. With her ankle in his hand, he even felt that this foot was flawless.
In an instant, the man gently lifted her with that force, leaned down, and softly placed a kiss on her.
Han Rao realized it too late to pull her leg back.
The kiss landed squarely on the top of her foot.
Han Rao’s heart raced, feeling as if electricity surged through her body. She stared blankly at the man, wanting to curse him for being crazy and kissing everywhere, but before she could speak, she was pulled to the side of the bed and held in his arms.
Han Rao curled up in his arms and whispered, “Zhao Jichuan, is it dirty?”
It was really a bit perverse; otherwise, who would be willing to kiss the back of someone’s foot?
Fortunately, when she waited for him, she had already prepared to offer herself completely, having cleaned herself thoroughly.
Zhao Jichuan smiled, the scent of the orange shower gel still lingering in his breath. He ruffled her hair, pressed her back onto the bed, and took advantage of her unpreparedness to begin.
Han Rao stretched her neck, the irises on her legs swaying as if alive, bewitching and enchanting.
“Not at all.” he said.
Han Rao awkwardly turned her head away, muttering, “Why are you so perverted?”
Now the image of him kissing the top of her foot echoed in her mind, making her feel ashamed, aroused, even a little lewd, because in that moment, she had followed her instincts and revealed her love for him, allowing him to roam and linger without restraint.
Zhao Jichuan just smiled and buried his head in her embrace.
For some unknown reason, a sudden thought crossed his mind, and a trace of ferocity returned to the man’s brows. He stood up again, raised his hand, tilted her chin, and bit down.
Han Rao’s lips were pried open, and the soft moan that escaped was forcefully suppressed by him, completely swallowed.
No matter how strong she was, she always yielded in this kind of struggle.
Their tongues tangled together, entwined, kissing with an unwillingness to part.
Han Rao wanted to bite him again, but suddenly remembered he was her boyfriend and felt reluctant to do so.
She had no choice but to clench her fists and hold onto his shoulders, bouncing along with his movements. Her nails were somewhat sharp, and she would usually pierce his skin without hesitation, leaving one red mark after another on his back. But today, she chose to withdraw her sharpness, turning the blade inward, her nails leaving crescent shapes in her palms.
Han Rao didn’t feel pain; she only felt pleasure, a tingling sensation, along with satisfaction and fullness.
Finally, this long kiss came to an end.
The man released her, and both of their lips were stained with a flush of red, under the moonlight, a thin mist formed, shimmering like silver threads.
Zhao Jichuan placed one hand over her tattoo, gripping it to better control her, while his other hand gently touched the corner of her lips with his fingertip. “Baby, I still have some questions to ask you.”
To be precise, there were still some accounts to settle.
He had originally planned to clear everything up at once, but she deliberately seduced him, throwing his plans into disarray.
Then he could only press the advantage when she was at her most sensitive and vulnerable.
Zhao Jichuan thought this and truly felt a bit despicable; no wonder she was so guarded around him.
Han Rao was a woman who lied without a script, and when stubborn, wouldn’t even open her mouth to tell the truth.
Zhao Jichuan knew that if she didn’t want to answer a question, no amount of anger could force her to respond. But in bed, it was different—he seemed to hold the key to her weakness, and with a single thought, he could torment her until her eyes blurred with tears, making her bow to him in submission.
Han Rao pressed her cheek against his. “What problem?”
Zhao Jichuan pursed his lips and spoke honestly, “We’re in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship now. I don’t want to hide anything from you because if I don’t ask about this, I’ll have a barrier in my heart.”
Han Rao suddenly became nervous. When she got nervous, she habitually tensed every part of her body, her nerves all on edge.
Zhao Jichuan let out a muffled grunt, biting his teeth in response to her sudden reaction. The drop of sweat on his forehead fell onto her shoulder.
“You ask.” She said cautiously, still feeling uneasy inside. Whenever he became serious, her heart would race—an old habit from before.
Zhao Jichuan brushed the stray hairs off her face, “Grandma is sick, Xie Yaochen went to the hospital.”
He clearly said it was a question, but he used a declarative sentence.
Han Rao was momentarily stunned, then quickly explained, “I don’t know where he heard about grandma’s surgery, but he brought two boxes of ginseng specifically to visit her. Maybe it’s because I visited his mother last time, and he felt he should return the favor.”
Han Rao explained sentence by sentence, her eyelashes trembling slightly.
She could understand why he cared about this issue; after all, they had argued about it last time.
“My family didn’t know that I broke up with him because he cheated, so at that time, my grandmother was quite kind to him. When my grandmother was sick, his coming was also considered a good intention; I couldn’t just kick him out.”
The moment Xie Yaochen appeared that day, Han Rao’s first reaction was indeed to kick him out of the hospital room.
Last time, she had told him that she didn’t want to see him again. But because her grandmother was there, Han Rao couldn’t lose her temper and had to watch Xie Yaochen put on a show, chatting with her grandmother, then follow her grandmother’s advice to see him off.
Han Rao had no intention of seeing Xie Yaochen downstairs. She stepped out of the ward, walked a few steps into the hallway, crossed her arms, and let him walk on his own.
It was Xie Yaochen who shamelessly said that his mother had something to tell her and that he wanted to invite her for a cup of coffee. Coffee was absolutely out of the question, so Han Rao kept walking while urging him to get to the point quickly. Before long, the two of them reached downstairs, and she even waited with him for two minutes for a taxi.
I also took the opportunity to listen to the words that Mother Xie asked me to convey to her.
Han Rao didn’t know whether those words were true or if Xie Yaochen had made them up.
But she did recall the kind woman who had cancer because of these well-meaning words, and so, looking at Xie Yaochen, who bore some resemblance to her, she felt a gentle warmth as well.
“Sorry for driving him away, but you have the nerve to drive me away?” Zhao Jichuan pressed his fingertip against her earlobe.
Han Rao blinked, how did she hear a hint of jealousy?
She sweetly wrapped her arms around his neck, “I’m sorry. That means I have nothing to do with him at all, so I have to be polite and can’t lose my temper casually. But you’re my boyfriend, right? I should be able to show my emotions to you.”
Sophistry.
Knowing full well that she was sophisticating, Zhao Jichuan still laughed out loud. She always had her own set of theories when coaxing people, able to turn black into white and leave him utterly confused.
Zhao Jichuan kissed her lips, seemingly truly unwilling to argue with her any further.
He was very satisfied with her answer; after all, he was there that day, and she really did not show Xie Yaochen a friendly face.
The man’s hand gently moved down, gripping her ankle, speaking harshly yet tenderly at the same time: “Baby, don’t see him anymore from now on, I don’t like it.”
Han Rao was just about to marvel at how his gentle words truly bewitched her, when the next second, he bit her earlobe again and pressed close to her ear, threatening fiercely, “If you see him again, I’ll kill him.”
He used to say he wanted to kill her.
Now I can’t bear to let go; I can’t even bring myself to say a harsh word to her.
Han Rao was emotionally agitated, unable to speak clearly because of him; broken sentences spilled out from her throat, “Th-then, just kill him.”
“Do you still want to see him?” He frowned and questioned, his hand gripping her chin.
Han Rao was at a loss whether to laugh or cry. She wrapped her hands around his head, fingers threading through his hair. “Is there a chance, just a chance,” she took a deep breath, “that what I mean is, whether he lives or dies has nothing to do with me at all? I simply don’t care, Mr. Zhao?”
Zhao Jichuan chuckled quietly.
They say love is a poison that can make even the sharpest minds go foolish.
He felt that he was completely foolish.
However, receiving her answer, he felt in a good mood, as if his blood was boiling all over, like being reborn.
Han Rao held back for a long time but couldn’t resist any longer. In the end, she bit down on his shoulder, “Be gentler.”
Zhao Jichuan just smiled, ignoring her words completely.
Han Rao raised her hand and punched his back twice in protest, but suddenly, she thought of something, raised her eyebrows with a smile, parted her lips to suck on his earlobe, and deliberately blew air into his ear, calling him “Mr. Zhao.”
“How do you know that Xie Yaochen and I met at the hospital?”
“Just a guess.” He said casually.
Han Rao, however, did not believe it. She thought the car she saw by the window that day was just an illusion, a hallucination born from overwhelming guilt.
Thinking back now, there was no illusion—this damn man was clearly waiting for her by the hospital entrance, driving.
Han Rao thought to herself, how can he be so patient, so good at pretending?
The two were just inches apart; she called him, but he pretended to be aloof, deliberately not answering, and even blacklisted her.
Thinking of this, Han Rao became angry.
This was the first time in her life that someone had put her on a blacklist. In the past, when she was rejected during auditions, neither producers nor directors had ever blacklisted her.
Han Rao raised her hand to clamp his lips and bit down, “You were right downstairs at the hospital that day, weren’t you?”
Zhao Jichuan denied calmly and casually, “No.”
He had no intention of letting her know that he had stayed by her side for nearly a whole day and night.
A dead duck still quacks stubbornly!
Han Rao wrinkled her nose and wrapped her arms around his waist. “I want to be on top.”
Zhao Jichuan raised an eyebrow, not expecting such a fortunate turn of events.
He immediately held her tightly; the two did not separate, only changing their position.
Han Rao stood with her waist perfectly straight, exuding the air of a tyrant, deliberately proud, with a mischievous grin still lingering on her face.
She pressed her hand against his abs, ruthlessly ravaging twice, taking full advantage of him.
Just as Zhao Jichuan decided to lean against a pillow to relax, the woman on him suddenly left.
At that moment, she had her back to him, her shoulder blades fluttering like butterflies about to take flight.
The room was too dimly lit; he only saw her kneeling by the bedside, picking up his trousers, seemingly searching through something.
Just as he was about to get up and pull her back, Han Rao suddenly turned around, smiling brightly at him, proudly raising her hand to shake the thing she was holding.
Zhao Jichuan squinted; he clearly saw that what she was holding was his belt.
Han Rao straddled him again, poked his abs with her finger, and then went to pull his wrist.
“Raorao.” The man called her with a hoarse throat.
“That’s how it should be, who told you to lie!” she said with righteous confidence.
“And besides, who told you to always bully me before? What’s wrong with me bullying you back?”
Zhao Jichuan didn’t know what he was thinking either. He looked at her for two seconds, then finally gave in, allowing her to wrap the cold leather belt around his hands again and again.
Han Rao looked at her masterpiece, lightly clapped her hands, her waist swaying like a willow branch.
She whispered, catching her breath, “Actually, I saw you that day.” She bent down wickedly and kissed his lips, “But I wasn’t sure. If you hadn’t just reminded me, I wouldn’t have known.”
The man seemed a bit helpless; he wanted to touch her face, but at that moment, it was very inconvenient, so he had to give up.
Han Rao muttered to herself while spinning around like a broken top, moving left, right, forward, and backward with no sense of order.
Actually, her skills in this area were quite poor, and perhaps it was also due to a lack of stamina. She didn’t know how much time had passed, but the moonlight outside the window had already disappeared, and she hadn’t reached the peak.
The woman blinked at him, looking somewhat innocent yet a bit helpless.
Zhao Jichuan raised his hand and commanded, “If you want to get out, then unlock it.”
Han Rao reluctantly unclasped the buckle with a “click.” Before she could pull the belt open, the man pushed up with both hands and immediately broke free.
He barely hesitated, grabbing her arm and pinning her down again, clasping both her hands above her head, and then a flurry of kisses rained down.
Han Rao furrowed her brows slightly. Finally, it seemed to start raining outside, accompanied by a burst of thunder.
Han Rao shivered and rubbed against the man’s chest; he held her even tighter.
Han Rao smiled contentedly, feeling as if all she could hear were the gentle pattering sounds and the continuous, faint breaths.
Han Rao nestled in Zhao Jichuan’s arms, lying on her side with her back to him. “Zhao Jichuan, why are you smoking again?”
Han Rao and Zhao Jichuan had countless affairs, but if she were to name the most profound one, it would definitely be this very moment.
Because not only were their skins touching, but more importantly, their hearts were connected.
The man’s hand paused while lighting the cigarette, hesitated for two seconds, then finally lit it, casually tossing the silver lighter onto the bedside table.
He took a breath and said, “I can’t help it.”
Actually, he needed to use something else to suppress his destructive and possessive desires.
She had no idea at all how many thoughts stirred in his heart today as her long hair swayed before his eyes.
Han Rao twisted her body slightly and said, “Then give me one too.”
She couldn’t help it either; her heart kept beating irregularly. If it continued like this, she was afraid she might have a sudden heart attack.
Zhao Jichuan reached out and touched the cigarette pack, glanced at the cigarettes inside, then calmly put it back. He casually said, “Smoke this one, that’s all there is.”
He held the cigarette between his fingers, bringing it to her lips.
Han Rao slightly lifted her chin, took a deep breath, exhaled the smoke, and her vision grew hazy.
Zhao Jichuan also took a breath and couldn’t help but kiss her again.
Their lips and tongues intertwined, and Han Rao felt that besides the scent of agarwood, she could also detect the smell of alcohol in his mouth.
“How much did you drink tonight?” she suddenly asked.
Why does it feel like the smell of alcohol never faded away?
“Quite a lot,” he said casually.
“Is it a social engagement?”
He chuckled but said nothing.
Han Rao twisted her neck, “Not a social engagement? Then is it just going out to drink?”
Zhao Jichuan ruffled her hair, “It is a social engagement.”
Originally, he didn’t need to drink at the social event, but thinking of her made him restless, so he had a few more drinks.
Han Rao let out an “oh,” and asked, “Were there any beautiful women at the event?”
“No.”
Han Rao chuckled softly, not pressing to find out if it was true or not, and took a drag from the cigarette while holding his hand.
She rubbed the pad of her finger along his wrist, “I tightened it quite a bit just now, so how come there’s no sign of it at all?”
She was referring to the belt.
“Last time you tied me up with a tie, the marks took two days to fade,” she said.
Only then did Zhao Jichuan understand—this girl was getting revenge. How long had the grudge been? He remembered; this vengeful nature was exactly like his own.
“I’m tough-skinned and thick-fleshed, is that okay?” he said.
Han Rao clicked her tongue lightly, then continued his words: “Then I really am delicate and tender-skinned.”
“You’re not allowed to tie me up anymore,” she added.
“Mm, you tie me up.”
Han Rao’s ears flushed red, and she leaned closer to his hand to take a drag of his cigarette.
The two of them talked for the duration of a cigarette, as if the matter had been settled.
Zhao Jichuan raised his hand to the ashtray, crushed out the cigarette butt, and put the ashtray back in place.
He naturally wrapped his arm around her waist, locked her legs, and held her tightly. “Let’s rest for a while first. I’ll take you to shower later.”
He saw that she was utterly exhausted.
Han Rao cast him a resentful glance, slightly lifting her leg, immediately feeling a tingling sensation spread throughout her body.
She curled her toes and spoke to him in a negotiating tone, “Can you please go out first?”
